Perfect for holidays with friends, booking adjacent apartments.

Each apartment has a garden or a terrace with full sea view, 1 barbecue, 2 sun loungers, table and chairs to eat outside.
1 parking place for each apartment within the property which is fenced and equipped with a closed-circuit video surveillance system.

Other parking places for the second car are available for free just outside the property.

Terramata Resort is the result of our decades-long family experience as builders of high quality houses.
We have tried to create an oasis nearby the sea in the characteristic Ligurian Village of Santo Stefano al Mare, inside a Villa with a classic Provencal style and also inside a modern style Villa with centuries old plants all inside the same property that is strategically isolated and collected, near to the historic center and the beaches of Santo Stefano al Mare.
